Batteries

The battery is an important part of the SACHS RS system. They are engineered to suit the requirements and application areas of the SACHS RS-System by our partner BMZ. The wide range of applications possible with the SACHS RS including cargo, urban and sportive E-MTBs was a challenge for which BMZ developed tailored solutions. The batteries meet newest performance standards and are available from 650 Wh to 820 Wh. Adequate solutions are offered for cargo and E-MTB respectively.

Cargo
bike-battery
sachs LV 814.01

The battery engineered for cargo-bikes with high loads. Transporting cargo that exceeds the normal standard of bikes in terms of weight and size raises special requirements for the bike and its components. This is particularly true for the battery.

The cargo battery by BMZ allows for large capacities up to 1,5 kWh. A specially engineered continuous casting aluminum profile ensures sturdy mounting options. The range can be extended though a second, parallel battery operated with a simple-to-use switch. The battery has a diffusion-open case and comes with an smart charger.
